Guided Meditations

Welcome to my meditation page, where we explore the Sabbats and how meditation on these seasonal cycles can help us connect with the natural world and the planet's rhythms.

The Sabbats are eight festivals that celebrate the seasonal changes in the earth's cycles, marking the solstices, equinoxes, and the halfway points between them. These festivals are traditionally celebrated by various spiritual and pagan traditions, but they hold meaning and relevance for anyone who wishes to connect with the natural world.

Each Sabbat represents a particular time of the year, and they are an opportunity for us to reflect on the changes happening around us and within us. By meditating on the Sabbats, we can connect with the energy of each season and find a deeper sense of harmony and balance in our lives.

In addition to the Sabbats, I also encourage meditation on the new moon and full moon. The new moon represents the beginning of a new cycle and is a time for setting intentions and starting new projects. The full moon, on the other hand, is a time of culmination and completion, when we can reflect on our progress and release what no longer serves us.

Meditation on these lunar cycles and the Sabbats can help us to become more aware of our connection to nature and the planet's cycles. It can also help us to become more attuned to our own inner cycles and rhythms, allowing us to live more harmoniously and in tune with ourselves and the world around us.
